Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your rental or purchase, unfortunately we would not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Please do not send Pieces back to the original manufacturer or maker of the rented Piece(s).

SECTION 1 - RETURN COLLECTION

With delivery of the Piece(s), Lylamod will provide you with a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label as well as instructions for returning the Pieces to Lylamod. If you lose the return packaging the Piece(s) originally arrived in or the pre-addressed return label, you will be responsible for returning the Piece at your own expense by the expected return date, and providing Lylamod with the name of the chosen courier and a tracking number. Return collections are pre-arranged by Lylamod and scheduled on the return Date of your Order. Our shipping carrier will pickup the Piece(s) from your shipping address on the return date at anytime from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please ensure you or your representative is present to hand-deliver the package to the carrier.

SECTION 2 - DEPOSIT REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 7 days to notify you that we have received your returned Piece. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your deposit refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original credit card used at the time of rental or purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to show up on your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@lylamod.com.

SECTION 3 - SIZING RETURN

If your Piece does not fit you, then you may return the Piece to Lylamod within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of the date you received the Piece by contacting Lylamod at customercare@lylamod.com within 4 hours of delivery receipt, and returning the Piece in conformance with the return procedures. If a return collection is not scheduled, the Piece(s) must be delivered to one of our shipping partner stores located in the Klang Valley by 12:00 pm the next day of receiving the Piece(s). Upon successful return of the Piece in conformance with Section 5 of this Refund Policy, Lylamod will then issue you a refund for the full Rental Fee (less delivery charges) and Deposit Fee of the Piece.

SECTION 4 - SIZING EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange a Piece that does not fit you for another, please contact us via phone or email immediately upon delivery receipt so we may be able to deliver to you a exchange Piece in time for your event, subject to the availability and pre-payment of the Piece. You will need to place a new order for the exchange Piece and the order will quality for free delivery. Orders may only be exchanged once.

Pieces in the exchange must be returned in conformance with the return procedures. In addition, the return date of the exchange Piece follows the return date of the original Order and both pieces must be shipped together for return. Upon successful return of the Pieces in conformance with Section 5 of this Refund Policy, Lylamod will then issue you a refund for the full Rental Fee (less delivery charges) and Deposit Fee of the unworn Piece.

SECTION 5 - SIZING REFUND

To be eligible for refund, Piece(s) must have the dress tags attached and be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. If the dress tag has been removed or evidence of this tag having been removed or tampered with exists as determined by Lylamod at our sole discretion, no refund shall be issued and you will be charged the full Rental Fee or Retail Price. In addition, if any evidence of use of the returned Piece exists as determined by Lylamod, at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse any type of refund. Such evidence includes, but not limited to stains, smells, rips, tears, large holes, missing portions, and other major damages to the rented Piece(s).

SECTION 6 - RESTOCKING FEE

Lylamod reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned rental or purchased Piece.

SECTION 7 - GIFTS

If a Piece was marked as a gift when shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned Piece is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
