The terms and conditions below applies to all Orders (each an "Order") placed from Tiny Dresser MY Sdn Bhd for the rental of Pieces (each a “Piece", including any articles of clothing, accessories, bags or footwear) and receive related Services via our website (the "Site"), or rental of any Piece(s) from one of our physical locations such as showroom (“Showroom”, “Playground Style” or “Dress Salon”) or pop-up stores. Our Services include, but are not limited to, the rental and sale of the Pieces.
By accessing and using our website at www.lylamod.com, you are accepting and consenting to the practices in these terms of service. Lylamod reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. The present terms and conditions are displayed each time you place an order with us. As a result, by placing an order with us, you fully agree to our terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - USER ACCOUNT
1.1 Lylamod requires you to create a User Account in order to use its Services and may also, from time to time, provide you with additional codes or passwords necessary to access and use certain other features or functions of the website. Users agree that they are each responsible for everything which is done in connection with their Account, or through their e-mail address(s). You agree that the information you provide to Lylamod at registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You also agree that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times. When you register, you will be asked to create a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You may close your Account at any time by emailing your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
1.2 18 Years or Older. Pieces may be rented or purchased for use by individuals under 18 years of age, but we rent and sell only to adults, who may rent or purchase the Piece(s) with a payment card or other approved payment method. By clicking agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are 18 years or older and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method (including, without limitation, credit cards) for the purpose of renting or purchasing the Piece(s) as described in these Terms.
1.3 Subscribing Organisations. If you are using or opening an account on behalf of a company, entity, or organisation (a “Subscribing Organisation”), then you represent and warrant that you are an authorised representative of that Subscribing Organisation with the authority to bind such organisation to this Agreement; and agree to be bound by this Agreement on behalf of such Subscribing Organisation.
1.4 Unless otherwise specified, you agree that by sending or tagging photos of any Piece(s) worn by you, Lylamod may use the images for promotional purposes including but not limited to print materials, social media platforms and newsletters.
SECTION 2 - PRICING
2.1 All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia. Lylamod will use its best endeavours to list the most competitive retail price and reserves the right to change prices for Piece(s) displayed on the Site at any time.
2.2 Retail Price. All Piece(s) are sourced from within Malaysia and from international markets and as such some may not be available for sale in Malaysia. This means that there may be no recommended retail price (RRP) in Malaysian Ringgits (MYR) for some Piece(s). Where we have been able to establish that a Piece is for sale in the country, we have used its market price as the listed Retail Price (“Retail Price”). In other cases, the listed retail price has been established by converting the RRP in the market from which the goods were sourced from into MYR.
2.3 Rental Price. Lylamod offers a wide selection of coveted high end clothing and accessories from top international brands. The Rental Price (“Rental Price”) offered by Lylamod for a Piece is a fraction of its Retail Price, and this rate is dependent on the season, exclusivity, market demand, availability, quality and condition of the Piece(s). During sales and offer periods, the pricing for Pieces may be less. The guaranteed rental prices are those displayed on the Site at the time of order placement. These may, however, be modified at any time in the event of special conditions arising in relation to certain economic factors, taxes and duties, changes in the cost of labour or raw materials, any special requests on your part, etc. Price changes will not affect any confirmed Orders.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
3.1 You acknowledge and agree that we may place limits on the rental or purchase of Pieces, including but not limited to restricting orders placed under a single User Account, payment card or billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit, cancel or prohibit any rentals or sales of Pieces for any reason, including but not limited to availability concerns. Lylamod does not allow you to rent a Piece for a date which falls greater than sixty (60) days from the date of your Order.
3.2 Shipping Partners. Pieces may be ordered and delivered to you on the same day for certain orders placed by 2:00pm for delivery in the Klang Valley, subject to the additional delivery charge specified on the Site. Otherwise, all deliveries will be through our shipping partners. The carrier and shipping method used, and shipping rates provided will be at Lylamod’s discretion and may be changed at any time depending on current market shipping rates.
3.3 Rental Period. Your rental period (“Rental Period”) is for a duration of four (4) days. We will deliver the Piece(s) you ordered on or before the date for which you ordered them, except to the extent we informed you in connection with your Order that the specific Piece(s) was not guaranteed. The Pieces can be delivered to you until 8:00 pm on your rental start date, as set forth in your Order. The return date ("Return Date") of your Order is on the fourth day of your Rental Period (Day 4). Pieces must be returned back to Lylamod or delivered to our shipping partners for a return collection (“Return Collection”) back to Lylamod, before or by 6:00 pm on the Return Date.
3.4 Rental Fee. The rental fee (“Rental Fee”) for the Pieces will be the total of the Rental Price and delivery charges, as listed on the invoice presented to you at your Order's checkout. When you place your Order for a Piece, you hereby authorise Lylamod to charge your credit card for the Rental Fee immediately upon your Order. Reservation of a Piece on the Site constitutes an Order for the rental of that Piece, regardless of how far in advance the Piece is reserved, which means your credit card will be charged at the time the Piece is reserved.
3.5 Deposit Fee. In addition, at the time of your Order for a Piece, you hereby authorise Lylamod to charge your credit card for a refundable deposit fee (“Deposit Fee”) amount of up to thirty (30%) percent of the Retail Price of a Piece; provided that Lylamod will only charge your credit card for an amount greater than the Rental Fee as explicitly set forth herein. If there are more than one Piece in an Order, you will be charged a Deposit Fee for each Piece in the same Order.
3.6 Deposit Fee Refund. Deposit Fees are refundable in full upon successful return of the Piece(s). Successful Returns are returns made on time and without Damage as stipulated in the terms herein. We will email you confirmation of the approval or rejection of your refund within fourteen (14) days of receipt and inspection of the Piece(s). If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund process can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved and the User acknowledges that Lylamod has no control over such card issuers processes.
3.7 For certain Pieces Lylamod deems as high value, in our sole discretion, including but not limited to, Pieces of selected brands, Pieces with Retail Prices listed on the Site of over One Thousand Ringgit (RM1000.00), and/or Pieces of limited edition range, Lylamod reserves the right to charge a non-refundable Insurance Fee ("Insurance Fee") amount of equal to ten (10%) percent of the Retail Price of the Piece(s), to cover minor damage and staining of the Pieces arising from normal wear and tear and your general use of the Pieces. Pursuant to the terms hereof, damages beyond normal wear and tear, theft and loss of high value Pieces are not covered by this Insurance Fee. The Insurance Fee is automatically added to the Pieces at your Order's checkout. When you place your Order for a high value Piece, you hereby authorise Lylamod to charge your credit card for the Insurance Fee immediately upon your Order.
3.8 Cancelling an Order. You may cancel your Order for a Piece at least five (5) days prior to the ordered delivery date, subject to the following cancellation fees (“Cancellation Fee”):
3.8.1 If you cancel thirty (30) or more days in advance of your Order's delivery date, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive a full refund issued to the payment card you used for the order.
3.8.2 If you cancel less than thirty (30) days but more than fourteen (14) days in advance of your Order's delivery date, you will not receive a refund, but a full credit to your Lylamod account for the Rental Fee associated with the cancelled Order. Credit may be applied to any future Lylamod rentals, good for one year from the date of issue.
3.8.3 If you cancel fourteen (14) or fewer days in advance of your Order's delivery date, you will receive a credit to your Lylamod account for the Rental Fee associated with the cancelled Order, minus a Cancellation Fee of Fifty Ringgit (RM50.00).
3.8.4 You may not cancel Orders that are within 5 days of its delivery date or Orders that are already in the process of shipping.
3.9 Alteration Fee. For certain Piece(s), alteration services may be provided after an Order is placed for the Piece(s). Alteration fees are deducted from the Deposit Fee upon the return of the Piece(s) and the Deposit Fee Refund will be processed accordingly in the Returns.
3.10 Cleaning Fee. All Piece(s) upon return to Lylamod is cleaned using a wet or dry clean process by professional dry cleaners.
3.10.1 Cleaning Fee is chargeable per Piece, for any returned and Unworn Piece(s) to Lylamod (subject to the conditions stipulated in clause 4.1).
3.10.2 Cleaning Fee Rates:– I) Mini/Midi: RM50.00; II) Maxi/Gown: RM80.00; III) Girls’ Dress: RM30.00
3.10.3 Cleaning Fee is deducted from the Deposit Fee upon the return of the Piece(s) and the Deposit Fee Refund will be processed accordingly in the Returns.
3.10.4 This does not affect the terms of your Refund or Exchange if a Piece does not fit (see Section 4: Clause 4.1; 4.2); however the Piece to be exchanged will subsequently be subject to a Cleaning Fee and deducted from the Deposit Fee during the Returns process accordingly.
SECTION 4 - REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
4.1 Refund. If a Piece does not fit you, then you may return the Piece to us by contacting us within six (6) hours of receiving your Order. Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with instructions for return which must be made in accordance with the return procedures set forth herein. We will email you confirmation of your refund within 48 hours upon the return and inspection of the Piece(s), so long as the Piece(s) has the dress tags on and has not been worn, used or damaged, as determined in our sole discretion.
4.2 Exchange. You may exchange an unworn Piece for another by contacting us within six (6) hours of receiving Order. You must place an exchange Order (“Exchange Order”) for the second Piece (“Exchange Piece”), subject to the availability of the Piece and pre-payment of the Exchange Order. Your Exchange Order will qualify for free delivery. An Order may only be exchanged once.
4.3 Exchange Order Returns. You must return the unworn Piece and the Exchange Piece in accordance with the return procedures set forth herein. In addition, both Pieces must be returned at the same time and the Return Date for the Exchange Piece will follow the date of the Unworn Piece, as set forth in the original Order. Upon return and inspection of the Pieces, the Rental Fee and Deposit Fee for the unworn Piece will be refunded (less delivery charges), so long as the Piece, with dress tags intact, has not been worn, used or damaged, as determined in our sole discretion.
4.4 Whilst Lylamod will make every effort to process a refund as quickly as is possible, the refund process depends on the independent processing time taken by the User’s credit card provider and the User acknowledges that Lylamod has no control over such Credit card issuers processes.
SECTION 5 - DELIVERY AND RETURNS
5.1 Availability of Pieces. In the event that a Piece becomes unavailable after the time your Order is placed or in the event that Lylamod is unable to timely deliver a Piece as ordered, we will use all reasonable efforts to promptly notify you of its unavailability and deliver a replacement Piece. Pieces may appear different in colour and style than the photos displayed on our website. You agree that the limit to our obligation to you is either to timely deliver the Piece(s), as ordered, or to refund the Rental Fee.
5.2 Receipt of Pieces. Upon delivery of Pieces, you bear full responsibility for each Piece you have rented. You acknowledge that a “Secure Shipping Address”, a location where an individual can physically receive a Piece, is highly recommended. In the event that an un-secure shipping address is provided, Lylamod does not bear liability for Pieces left unattended. Furthermore, you acknowledge that providing anything other than a Secure Shipping Address may result in delivery delays and additional delivery fees for which Lylamod will not be liable. You will be liable for all such delays and additional delivery fees. At Lylamod’s sole discretion delivery of the Piece(s) shall be deemed to have taken place when the Piece(s) is delivered to the User’s nominated delivery address and the User (or a third party nominated by the User) has signed the carrier’s consignment note. We require an adult signature to receive the package.
5.3 Delivery Times. Delivery times follow the business hours of the carrier and you agree that Lylamod will not be held responsible for any delays due to operational reasons beyond our control. You will be responsible for selecting the timing of your delivery accordingly from the shipping options presented to you at your Order’s checkout.
5.4 Standard Shipping. Standard orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. We ship out Orders received by 12.00 pm on the same day. Order received after 12.00 pm will be sent out the following day. The shipping fee includes a returns collection (“Returns Collection”), for the return of the Pieces back to Lylamod.
5.5 Same-Day Shipping. Orders must be placed before 2:00 pm to qualify for same-day delivery. This service is only available for Users residing in the Klang Valley area (within 20 km of Subang Jaya, Selangor) from Wednesday to Monday (excluding Tuesdays and Public Holidays). You agree that same-day deliveries are to be arranged and booked by us only upon receiving your confirmation of such delivery arrangement. If there is no confirmation by 6:00 pm on the day of delivery, or we are unable to contact you for a response, your Order will be cancelled by us. You will be notified of this cancellation through email and your Order will be fully refunded.
5.6 Return Collection. Return Collections are pre-arranged on your Return Date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by you and Lylamod. Pick-up for your Return Collection is anytime between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays. Return Dates that fall on a Sunday or a Public Holiday are updated to the following business day, with no late penalties. You, or a third party nominated by you, must be present to hand deliver the parcel to the carrier. If a scheduled pick-up is missed, the pickup is rescheduled on the following business day and late penalties will apply to your Order.
5.7 Return Packaging. All Pieces are delivered in a “Return Packaging” to protect the Pieces during transit. Return Packaging includes the shipping box with articles of clothing packed in garment bags/plastic wrap, accessories or footwear in individual boxes, and are wrapped in tissue with signature Lylamod stickers. For a Return Collection, pack the Piece(s) in the Return Packaging. Re-seal the box and affix any pre-paid shipping labels to the top of the box.
5.8 Self-collection. Orders that are collected by you from Lylamod’s showroom must be delivered back to the Showroom by 6:00 pm on the Return Date. If an Order is returned after 6:00 pm, the Order will be considered as a Late Return and penalties will apply. If you are not returning the Pieces yourself, you are required to provide to Lylamod the name and contact information of the person who will be responsible for the return. The Showroom is closed on Tuesdays and Public Holidays. Return dates that fall on a Tuesday or a Public Holiday are updated to the following business day, with no late penalties.
5.9 Extensions. You may extend your Order of a Piece at a rate of 30% of the Rental Price for an additional 4-day extension period by sending an email to email@example.com. Extension of a Piece is subject to other Orders for that Piece, and to the pre-payment of the additional Rental Fee applicable to that Piece for the time period in the extension.
5.10 Second Piece. As a back-up option, you may opt for a Second Piece of same or lower rental value, to be delivered together with a Piece, after an Order is placed for that Piece.
5.10.1 Second Piece Orders are placed upon request and is subject to the booking availability of the Second Piece and pre-payment of the relevant fees and charges:
5.10.2. Shipping Fee of the combined Order, includes a Returns Colection for the return of both Pieces back to Lylamod.
5.10.3 Cleaning Fee for Unworn Piece(s) based on the following rates:- I) Mini/Midi: RM50.00; II) Maxi/Gown: RM80.00; III) Girls’ Dress: RM30.00.
5.11 Delivery, Clean and Ready to Wear. Under no circumstances must the User try to clean clothes by themselves. Pieces are professionally laundered and delivered ready-to-wear. We dry-clean and inspect each Piece with the utmost care before the packaging of an Order, but you acknowledge and agree that the use of the Piece(s) is at your sole risk and Lylamod shall not be held liable for any health-related issues, complaints or damages associated with a Pieces rented from Lylamod.
SECTION 6 - LATE RETURNS
6.1 If a Piece has not been returned, has been lost or stolen, we will fail to deliver this Piece to other Users who have rented it. Please ensure that you return Pieces within the time limit to help us provide a quality service to our Users. If you cannot return the Pieces by the Return Date, please inform us at once. In this case, you will have to pay the Late Fees (“Late Fees”). Moreover, if returned Pieces are not delivered by the Return date, your User account can be suspended or cancelled.
6.2 Late Fees. If you return a Piece past the Return Date as set forth in your Order, a late fee (“Late Fee”) of Fifty Ringgit (RM50.00) will be charged per day, for each Piece, and you agree to pay such late fees until the Piece is returned to us. If any Piece of an Order is deemed late then the entire late fee is due and will not be prorated. In this regard, if your Order contains more than one Piece, all Pieces must be returned on the Return Date. The Late Fee shall apply to the entire Order and not each individual Piece. If you have not returned a Piece within twenty (20) days after the return date for the Piece, your late return will be considered a non-return and Lylamod will will charge you, and you shall pay, for the amount equal to the Retail Price, less any late fees that you have already paid, plus the Rental Fee, in the aggregate, for any charges arising hereunder, excluding collection costs.
SECTION 7 - YOUR LIABILITY
7.1 Risk. Lylamod retains property in the Piece(s) nonetheless all risk for the Piece(s) passes to the User on delivery. The User accepts full responsibility for the safekeeping of the Piece(s).
7.2 Damage during the use of our Pieces. You agree to protect the Pieces from theft, destruction, damage or loss. You agree to treat the Pieces with great care as you are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the Pieces due to theft, disappearance, fire, major stains or any other cause, other than “normal wear and tear”. Normal wear and tear encompasses minor stains, rips, missing beads, stuck zippers or other minor, repairable damages.
7.3 Furthermore, for Damages during the use of our Piece(s) as set forth below, you agree that:-
7.3.1 Reparable damage. If you return a Piece that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then you agree that we shall charge you, and you shall pay, for the price for repairing the Piece, as determined in our discretion, up to the full amount of the Deposit Fee, plus the Rental Fee. You will be notified of such damages in writing and refundable amounts will be processed within fourteen (14) days upon return of the Piece(s).
7.3.2 Damage beyond Repair. If you return a Piece that is damaged beyond Repair, then you agree that we shall charge you, and you shall pay, for the price for replacing the Piece, as determined in our discretion, up to the full amount of the Retail Price, plus the Rental Fee.
7.3.3 Lost or Stolen. If you fail to return a Piece that is deemed lost or stolen, you agree that we shall charge you, and you shall pay, for the price for replacing the Piece, as determined in our discretion, up to the full amount of the Retail Price, plus the Rental Fee.
7.3.5 In assessing the replaceable value of a Piece, Lylamod will take into account, the demand of that Piece in the market, the availability to purchase that Piece in the market, the condition of the Piece, and the Deposit Fee that the User has already made.
7.4 Loss of Return Packaging. If you lose the Return Packaging, you will be responsible for returning the Pieces at your own cost and expense by the expected Return Date. In the event you return the Piece in return packaging other than that which is provided by Lylamod, you must provide Lylamod with all tracking information.
7.5 Non-returns. In the event a Piece is not returned pursuant to the terms hereof, you agree that Lylamod will charge you, and you shall pay, for the amount equal to the Retail Price, plus the Rental Fee, in the aggregate, for any charges arising hereunder, excluding collection costs. For the avoidance of doubt, the limitations of this clause shall not apply to the Rental Fee, which is charged separately from, and in addition to, any other charges payable by you pursuant to this Agreement.
7.6 Collections. If you do not pay the amounts you owe to Lylamod when due, then Lylamod will need to institute collection procedures. You agree to pay Lylamod's costs of collection, including without limitation reasonable lawyer's fees.
7.7 User Responsibilities. The User shall:
7.7.1 Immediately notify Lylamod of any damage to the Piece(s) that occurs during the rental period;
7.7.2 By the end of a rental period, deliver the Piece(s) complete with all accessories, in good order as delivered, normal wear and tear accepted, to Lylamod;
7.7.3 Keep the Piece(s) in their own possession and control and shall not assign the benefit of the hire contract nor be entitled to lien over the Piece(s);
7.7.4 Not alter or make any additions to the Piece(s) or in any other manner interfere with the Piece(s).
SECTION 8 - DEFAULT, SECURITY AND CHARGE
8.1 Title of the Piece(s). The Piece(s) is and will at all times remain the absolute property of Lylamod. If the User fails to return the Piece(s) to Lylamod then Lylamod or Lylamod’s agent may (as the invitee of the User) enter upon and into land and premises owned, occupied or used by the User, or any premises where the Piece(s) is situated and take possession of the Piece(s).
8.2 Without prejudice to any other remedies Lylamod may have, if at any time the User is in breach of any obligation (including those relating to payment) under these terms of hire Lylamod may repossess the Piece(s) as per clause 8.1, or suspend or terminate the supply of Piece(s) to the User and any of its other obligations under the terms and conditions. Lylamod will not be liable to the User for any loss or damage the User suffers because Lylamod has exercised its rights under this clause.
8.3 The User indemnifies Lylamod from and against all Lylamod’s costs and disbursements including legal costs on a lawyer and own client basis incurred in exercising Lylamod’s rights under this clause.
SECTION 9 - SALE OF PIECES
9.1 Pieces are Used. You acknowledge and agree that only those Pieces designated by us on the Site as available for purchase are eligible for purchase by you. Pieces for sale have been previously rented by other Users and are not new. Lylamod will professionally clean and inspect the Piece(s) before they are delivered to you. All Pieces are sold on an “as is” basis, without any warranty whatsoever and all sales are final.
9.2 Purchase Price. The purchase price (“Purchase Price”) for the Piece will be the total of the purchase fee and delivery charges listed on the Site in connection with your purchase of the Pieces. Purchase Price is as listed on Lylamod’s website at the time of purchase, and is subject to change. Lylamod reserves the right to alter Purchase Price, discount, or availability of any particular Piece(s) at its discretion and without notice. Upon your purchase order for a Piece, you hereby authorise Lylamod to charge your payment card for the Purchase Price. We will charge your payment card the amount of the Purchase Price immediately upon your purchase order. Purchase orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
SECTION 10 – PRIVATE STYLE CONSULTATION SERVICES
10.1 In-home services.
10.1.1 Lylamod offers private in-home styling consultation services. You may book appointments with our stylists (“Stylist(s)”) through the Website at any time prior to your Rental or during the Rental Period. Stylist appointments are billed on a flat fee basis but additional hourly rates may apply (“Styling Fee”). The Rental of our Pieces through a Stylist appointment is governed by the same terms and conditions contained herein.
10.1.2 Before Rental. A Stylist will come to your home or workplace, create a client profile, discuss your upcoming event and show you the Pieces curated for you from our lookbook (“Lookbook”). Your Stylist will measure you properly and make recommendations that would fit you best and look perfect for your event. If any alterations need to be made, they can pin you and thereafter send the Piece(s) for alteration. Please remember that any and all alterations to our Pieces must be approved in writing by Lylamod.
10.1.3 After Rental. If you would like to schedule a Stylist during your Rental Period, they can come to your home or workplace and help complete your entire look with accessories, and hair and makeup.
10.1.4 Currently we are unable to send inventory with our Stylists outside of Klang Valley, but can provide different types of styling appointments outside of Klang Valley that will satisfy your styling requirements.
10.1.5 Fees and charges. The Styling Fee for an in-house consultant begins at RM200.00 for a three-hour consultation (RM70.00 for every hour thereafter).
10.1.6 Styling affiliates. Users may request for an appointment with our network of top-level stylists (“Top Stylist(s)”) which we help assist in booking. Top Stylists are celebrity stylists, including those working on the sets of fashion shoots, television shows and music videos, and celebrity hairstylists and/or make-up artists. A Top Stylist charges their rate by the hour, and have a minimum requirement of 2-3 hour shifts. Price per hour can range from RM100.00 to RM500.00.
10.1.7 Duration. All in-home styling appointments are three (3) hour in duration. If you are late for your appointment by more than fifteen (15) minutes, we will do our best to accommodate you and extend your appointment, but we may have another appointment booked directly after and may not always be able to accommodate. If that is the case, there is no compensation for that time.
10.1.8 Late appointments. If, for any reason, our Stylist is late, he or she will do their best to extend the time to a full hour, taking into account your particular schedule or deadline. If your appointment time runs over, you agree to pay the hourly rate set forth in your Stylist booking, prorated for the extra time our Stylist spends with you.
10.1.9 Cancellation. You may cancel an in-house Stylist appointment up to fourth-eight (48) hours in advance of the appointment and will receive a full credit for your pre-paid Stylist fee. However, if you cancel less than fourth-eight (48) hours in advance of the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the Styling Fee. For appointments booked with a Top Stylist, you may cancel up to seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the appointment and will receive a full credit for your pre-paid Stylist fee. However, if you cancel less than seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the appointment, you will be charged the full Styling Fee.
10.2 Showroom Appointment.
10.2.1 Bookings. Visits to our Showroom are by appointment only and a booking confirmation must be made no less than fourth-eight (48) hours before the scheduled date, and no more than two (2) weeks ahead of the scheduled date.
10.2.2 Duration. All showroom appointments are two (2) hour in duration and you will be given a time-slot on the scheduled date. Your appointment is deemed to begin at the start of the time-slot allocated to you and finishes at the end of the 2-hour period. You may arrive anytime within your scheduled time-slot. If you are late, there is no compensation for that time.
10.2.3 Fees and cancellations. To allow us to offer you a luxury personalised experience, we ask for a RM50.00 fee which will be credited to your rental. If you do not find something to rent that day, you will receive a credit in your Lylamod account for the RM50.00 for future use. If you cancel or make changes to your showroom appointment less than 48 hours in advance of the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the fee.
10.3 Lookbook Request.
10.3.1 You may request for a lookbook curated from your style profile prior to your styling appointment (“Lookbook Request”). You will first need to provide your particulars and answer a short list of easy questions with a Stylist to proceed with your personalised lookbook.
10.3.2 Lookbook request is charged at a fee of RM50.00 which will be credited to your rental (“Lookbook Fee”). If you do not find something to rent, you will receive a credit in your account for the RM50.00 for future use.
10.4.1 With prior agreement in writing, a Stylist can help source specific clothing or accessory items that are available to buy in departmental stores in order to complete your look (“Sourcing”).
10.4.2 The fee for sourcing such items (“Sourcing Fee”) is charged at a flat rate fee of RM50.00 per sourcing trip, and the total cost of items to be sourced for a single appointment shall not exceed RM500.00.
10.5 Try-on at Home. You may request to Try-on Pieces at home if you are uncertain on sizing. Try-on Order is made available upon request and are subject to availability of the Piece(s) and full pre-payment of relevant fees. Fees and charges include:
10.5.1 Shipping Fee, includes a returns collection for the return of the Piece(s) back to Lylamod.
10.5.2 Cleaning Fee, charged per Piece. The Cleaning Fee of a Piece is waived upon rental of the Piece.
10.5.3 Cleaning Fee rates:- I) Mini/Midi: RM50.00; II) Maxi/Gown: RM80.00; III) Girls’ Dress: RM30.00
10.5.4 A maximum of three (3) Pieces are allowed per Try-on Order, and all Pieces are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the rental agreement applicable herein.
SECTION 11 – DISPUTES
11.1 Any claims and disputes will always be received attentively and respectfully. In case of a dispute, please contact us first in order to come to an amicable solution, by writing to the following address: Tiny Dresser MY Sdn Bhd, No. 8, USJ 1/3D Grandville, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, or by means of the contact form on the "Contact Us" page of the website.
11.2 Failing this, all disputes relating to the interpretation or implementation of the present general terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of No. 8, USJ 1/3D Grandville, Subang Jaya 47600 Selangor, Malaysia.
SECTION 12 - CANCELLATION BY LYLAMOD
12.1 Lylamod may cancel these terms and conditions or cancel the delivery of Pieces at any time before the Piece(s) is delivered by giving written notice. On giving such notice Lylamod shall repay to the User any sums paid in respect of the Price. Lylamod shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising from such cancellation.
12.2 To prevent the potential use of fraudulent credit cards (or other payment types), Lylamod withholds the right to request proof of identity for Orders it deems high value. Orders containing three or more Pieces may be subject to this request. Where fraudulent activity is suspected, Lylamod follows internal verification methods to ensure that the order is valid. If Lylamod cannot confirm this, the order may be cancelled. If this is the case, the User will be notified by email.
12.3 If you do not comply with the regulations of the present terms or if you do not meet all the requirements stated by Lylamod, your User account may be suspended or cancelled. If your account has been suspended, Lylamod reserves the right to determine how access and use restriction must be applied. You will be notified if your account is reactivated. Lylamod can cancel your User account at any time, in particular if the situation has not been rectified. Lylamod is not liable for any damage caused by the suspension or the cancellation of your registration.
