You have three options:
Standard shipping with delivery in 3-5 days (Flat rate RM25.00/RM30.00). Typically shipped within 2 days via Citi-Link with shipment tracking – which usually delivers in 1-2 business days. Select this option if you book a week ahead of an event, or more. Your rental will be delivered on or the day before your booking date, leaving you time to prepare.
Same-day shipping (Pay to carrier + Return: RM18.00/RM24.00; excl. Tuesdays and Public Holidays) via a jointly-nominated delivery service. Order by 12pm and your dress will be shipped on the day, with delivery from 10am-8pm.
Self-collection is free from our showroom in Subang Jaya. For location and opening hours, visit the Playground Style page.
We arrange for a return collection on the last day of your rental (Day 4). Included in your shipping, our carrier collects from the shipping address on the assigned day, from 9am-6pm. Please be on hand to deliver the return packaging to the carrier. If you want to schedule an earlier return, contact us beforehand with your preferred timing. Return dates that fall on a Sunday or Public Holiday are updated to the next business day, with no late penalties. For self-collected orders, send back worn pieces to our showroom, on or before your return date, Wednesdays to Mondays, 9am-6pm. We close on Tuesdays and we accept due returns the next day. We can also arrange for a return collection and bill you for the shipping charges.
If a dress does not fit, contact us within 4 hours of delivery. We will refund you, minus shipping charges, and help arrange for a return collection. Or, you can exchange for another style or size for us to ship overnight, in time for your event –– this time with free delivery. Please note, dress tags must remain intact and the dress must be unworn and unused for a refund.
Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or regular Payments all through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make purchases. We charge a deposit fee per dress at the time of booking, refunded in full when returns are on time and undamaged. View our Refund Policy here.
